How to use Link Axis

Short guides for everything on your page. Still stuck? Email hello@axisalign.life.

Create your page

  1. Create your free AxisAlign account, then sign in at link.axisalign.life.
  2. Pick your address, like link.axisalign.life/yourname, and the name shown on the page.
  3. Copy the address and paste it into the website or bio link field on each social profile.
  4. Need a page per brand? Use New page. You can have up to 10.

Add a booking block

  1. Set up an appointment type in Pro Axis first.
  2. Under Links, choose Book a time and pick the appointment type.
  3. Free appointments book right on your page. Paid ones open your Pro Axis booking page. Each booking is credited to the link.

Add a shop card

  1. Publish a product in your Shop Axis store.
  2. Under Links, choose Shop product and pick it. The card shows the photo and price.
  3. If the product stops being for sale, the card hides itself.

Turn on the contact form

  1. Open Contact form, tick Show the contact form and choose the Pro Axis business that gets the messages.
  2. Each message lands in your Pro Axis lead inbox, and the person becomes a contact with where they came from.
  3. The same business gets your Join my list sign-ups, and its team members can help edit the page.

Grow your list, take tips, play music

  1. Join my list adds a name and email form. People who join become Pro Axis contacts tagged Link Axis list.
  2. Tip jar uses your own Stripe Payment Link, PayPal.me, Cash App or Venmo link. The amounts are labels; people choose on your payment page.
  3. Music or video plays a Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Twitch or Instagram post link right on your page.

Group links and add text

  1. Under Links, choose Section header to put a heading like Shop or Watch above the links that follow.
  2. Choose Text for a short note, like your opening hours. Up to 600 characters.

Make a link stand out or add a warning

  1. Press the star on a link. Pick Gentle motion (it wiggles now and then) or Spotlight (filled in your accent color).
  2. Visitors who turn off motion on their phone see a soft outline instead.
  3. Tick Warn visitors first if a link shows content some people prefer not to see. They confirm before it opens.
  4. For a whole page meant for adults, open Settings and tick the 18+ box.

Email your list

  1. Open Audience, then Email your list. Write a subject and a message.
  2. Press Send a test to me and check it in your inbox. Then send it to everyone who joined.
  3. Each page can send 50 emails a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and people who unsubscribe are never emailed again.

Make a media kit for brands

  1. Open Audience, then Media kit. Tick Show my media kit.
  2. Add your numbers for each app with the date you checked them, your services and rates, and brands you have worked with.
  3. Your kit lives at your address plus /kit. Add a Media kit block under Links to show a button for it.

Connect other tools

  1. Open Audience, then Connect other tools. Download your list as a spreadsheet file any time.
  2. Paste a webhook address from Zapier, Make or a similar tool to send each new sign-up and message there as it happens.
  3. Press Send a test to check it arrives. Each call is signed with your secret so you can check it came from Link Axis.

See your results

  1. Open Results. Pick 7, 30 or 90 days, or Custom for any dates.
  2. See visits, clicks and the click-through rate for the page and for each link, plus where visitors came from.
  3. Download the daily numbers or the per-link totals as a spreadsheet file.

Search and sharing

  1. Open Settings, then Search and sharing. Set the title, description and picture people see in search results and link previews.
  2. Tick Hide this page from search engines if you only want people with the link to find it.
  3. You can also hide the Made with Link Axis line at the bottom of your page there.

Put Link Axis on your phone

  1. Open link.axisalign.life on your phone and sign in.
  2. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap the menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. It opens like an app. On a phone, the Preview tab shows your page as visitors see it.

Instagram comment replies (coming soon)

  1. Soon you can connect Instagram so people who comment a word like LINK get a private message with your link.
  2. It turns on once Meta approves Link Axis for Instagram messages.

Test two titles

  1. Press the flask button on a link and type a second title.
  2. Half your visitors see each one. After 50 views on each side, Link Axis tells you if one clearly wins.
  3. Press Keep it and end the test to keep the winner.

Put money makers first

  1. Tick Put the links that bring in the most money first, above your links.
  2. Links that brought in bookings and payments move to the top, then the most clicked. Your own order is the fallback.

Get your QR code

  1. Press QR code next to your address and download the picture.
  2. Print it on flyers, cards, packaging or a booth sign. Scans show in your charts as QR.

Use your own domain

  1. Open Your own domain, type a domain you own, like links.yourbusiness.com, and press Connect.
  2. Add the records shown at the company where you bought the domain.
  3. Press Check now. Once it says Connected, your page opens on your domain too. One domain per page.

Edit with Ask Axis

  1. Type what you want in plain words, like "move YouTube to the top" or "hide the sale link after Sunday at 9pm".
  2. Axis changes titles, order, dates, colors and more. It never deletes anything; do that from the list.
  3. Ask it to write for you, like "write me a bio". It offers a few choices; say which one to use, like "use 2".

Add your Meta pixel or Google Analytics

  1. Under Profile and look, find Tracking and paste your Meta pixel id or your Google Analytics 4 id (it starts with G-).
  2. They load on your public page only. Your own visits are never counted in Link Axis charts on the browser you edit from.

Report a page

  1. See a page that looks like a scam, pretends to be someone or breaks the rules? Tap Report at the bottom of that page.
  2. Pick a reason and add details if you like. Our team reviews every report and takes down pages that break the rules.
  3. If your own page was suspended by mistake, email hello@axisalign.life from your account email.
